With 13+ years spanning Kenya's healthcare sector and software development, I've built medical transcription AI platforms, cloud-native healthcare infrastructure on AWS, and blockchain systems for social impact. Each project taught me what developers actually need in documentation—because I've been that frustrated developer reading incomplete API docs at 2 AM.
